The simple gesture of sending a card online is a much harder than it needs to be—accounts to set up before you start, on-site currencies to buy, and costly envelopes you don’t need.
And let’s be honest: most of us turn to digital cards when we’ve forgotten to get a real card and are rushed for time. So who needs the added hassle?
